Over the past 15 years at a top private bank and a fintech startup, I've had the privilege of attending, speaking, hosting and moderating countless events, virtual webinars and panel discussions in the financial industry. And I've learned so much about what helps them make or break.

There’s something so powerful about bringing people together. And it isn't just about the content, the ambience, the food, or the drinks. The magic has always been about the people - the stories, the conversations, and the ability to draw out sparks of knowledge and wisdom that capture the audience. 

Many organizations often believe that facts, figures, and data are the most important things to convince their audience of buying a product or service. The truth is, we are all people. And what people truly want to feel, is connection.
